Hi

I can't seem to shake the mandolin idea.

I might could trade a Koaloha concert or a Mainland mahogany gloss baritone for an appropriately valued mandolin?
Let me know if you have one gathering dust, we can discuss details, exchange photos etc.

Darn! Just parted ways with one of mine a couple weeks ago. Koaloha concert would have tempted me big time.

I have a 450.00 vintage solid maple Kay mandolin (VERY NICE player and looker)...and a 60.00 vintage entry level plywood mandolin...however, I already own a KoAloha Concert... and am not interested in the Mainland.

Suggest asking at the Mandolin Cafe forum. Its classifieds includes a "trade" section.

Wow, thanks all, this does seem viable, some very interesting mandolins!
I have a tentative offer for a loaner mandolin for a few weeks, so I am going to put you all off until that loan is over.
Thanks all!

P.S. Inbox is clear.
