G to G7 (Or Versa Visa)

I'm wearing my fingers out and getting permanently crossed eyes, tryin' to play G To G7 or G7 to G. Is there an easier way to fret it besides 0212 to 0232 etc. I usually barre G, but I can play it the usual way.

I suppose I could just leave the G7 out, but I'm kinda anal. ld:

Form the G7 with your index/pointer finger on the first fret 2nd (E) string, your 2nd finger on the 2nd fret 3rd (C) string and your 3rd finger on the 2nd fret 1st (A) string. Then all you have to do to move to the G chord is to drop your pinky finger on the 3rd fret 2nd (E) string. To move back to the G7, just lift the pinky finger and you are already fingering the G7 chord.
