SOLD! This is a little jewel and plays lovely. Thinning the herd a little bit.

After posting this ... Gold Label was produced up to 1959 ... thanks for getting back to me.
 
If that were a longneck or a concert ... I think I'd be all over that. Looks like a VERY sweet older uke.
 
Any chance of a sound sample?
 
I can't believe this is still available either. As the owner of a gold label pineapple already, mine is just about the fullest and sweetest sounding soprano uke I've played. Also, Kamaka pineapples are just about as iconic as they come.
 
I know! I have seen these go for hundreds over what I'm asking and this one is pretty much pristine!
 
Nice tone on this recording ... if this a Long Neck, I would have bought it already.
