Does anyone use a Mic Mechanic for their vocals?

I need a mic reverb unit and saw this. Is there anything else out there of similar nature?

Cool looking. Wonder how much it would "improve" a voice that's somewhat less awesome than hers?

Looks interesting, especially at that price. The TC Helicon stuff is first rate. You could also look at their Play Acoustic if your budget can go up 2.5 times: http://www.tc-helicon.com/products/play-acoustic/

Tons of demos/reviews on YouTube....

On the Play Acoustic, here's one that includes a uke demo at about 18 minutes in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSegrw9gSsU

I just want some reverb for the vocals on my pw50. Anybody have any suggestions?

I called GC and asked about the mic mechanic, they said they usually stock them but were out. Said had two in transit and they were probably being unloaded "as we speak". He was adament about getting my number to call me back "within 2 hours". Never heard back, so I called. He said they weren't on the truck, said he could order it for me. (I thought he said they normally stock it and they were in transit). Typiclal GC Cluster $&@!. What a waste to deal with. Seems like everytime I try to give them business I can't. No wonder they are in trouble financially. What ticks me off is they came to town and ran everyone else out of business. I guess I"ll order from Sweetwater.
