FIRST ukulele festival

For those that live in the province of Ontario or close by we are having our FIRST ever ukulele festival. It is being held the weekend of May 22 - 24 in the town of Midland which sits on the beautiful south shores of Georgian Bay, about 2 hrs north of Toronto.

Check out the post with link to the website that member "allanr" put up in the "Regional Get Together" forum. Only 250 tickets available and 40+ have been sold since the site went live just a few days ago. Get them while you can, us Canadians know how to have a good time

Thanks very much Phil. I have heard great things about the TBUG and all the other big Uke Festivals so we are pretty excited to have one close to home.

What a great idea. Hopefully there will be people from out of town that we can make feel welcome and introduce to all the others. It would be so much fun to meet up with fellow UU members and put a face to the name. Maybe we can talk to Joyce or Steve about it.
