Hi, Was able to buy a pretty beat up Diamond Head Baritone Uke
at a flea market for 15.00. Decided to refurbish it so installed quality
enclosed tuners, changed the frets, lowered the action to my taste,
and refinished all the mahogany body and top. New quality string and
after an investment of 40.00 I have a very good sounding uke . It can be done. Regards
