1965. Bob Dylan.

Some more Uncle Bob on the baritone.

Another amazing performance Jon. I can feel the raw personal emotion and anguish you put into Dylan's songs. His lyrics can often be very dark, depressing and angry. I am very conscious of the way lyrics can affect my own mood. The power of certain lyrics to reflect our own feelings of loss and bereavement can spiral us into depression very quickly. I stopped listening to Neil Young for some years for that very reason. Even though I love his music it used to bring me down emotionally. (particularly his albums 'On the Beach' and 'Tonight's the Night'!!)
I found that making myself listen to only positive, uplifting lyrics and songs actually lifted my own spirits too. Reggae (esp Toots and the Maytals) and rhythm and Blues (esp Taj Mahal) I found to be great for elevating the mood.

Just some personal thoughts.
