I ordered my KoAloha Opio with Gotoh UPTs, and HMS sent the original friction tuners along with my order. I'll never use them, but thought someone here might. They seem to be substantial and well-built.

I'm not sure what to ask for them, so let's say *** SOLD *** $25, and I'll cover CONUS shipping.

Or I'll trade for a couple of packs of concert-length Worth CL or BL strings, if you have them. Or maybe something else...try me!
