Would you know of any production model that meets these criteria?

- Solid spruce top
- Radius, ebony fingerboard
- Thin, wider neck profile (like a Kanilea)
- Non-glossy finish

Kanile'a does have a spruce top model, but it usually comes in gloss. They offer satin finishes and radiused fretboards on individual orders, though, so you might be able to alter the model to suit your needs. http://www.theukulelesite.com/kanilea-ksdlx-tenor-oahu-oasis.html

Islander has a solid spruce top w/koa back and sides, KSTCUT-4.

And spruce/rosewood laminate RWSPT-4G.

Islander and Kanile'a are the only ones with the wider neck that I know of.
