Another baritone complete this week. It has a 22" scale length to get some extra tension for the deeper tuning.

Body - Australian Blackwood
Soundboard - Huon Pine
Neck - Brazilian Mahogany
Rosette - Blackwood
All other trim - Indian Rosewood
Tuners - Grover
Strings - Worth Brown Baritone D,G,b,e
Finish - Semi Gloss Lacquer

My new uke arrived yesterday :D

Its a beautiful instrument with all the elements tieing in beautifully - Allen and I had some discussion around this and I must say the result is very pleasing. Its perfectly setup, light and responsive with a wonderful sound. I like the longer scale length.

The Worth Brown Baritone strings are new to me and I quite like them. Very different sound to the growl that wound strings for the D and G give that I am used to. At some point I will try C tuning and will also try a set with wound strings. But for now I am happy to keep playing as it is - bliss.

Wow, very nice! That's the way I think a bari should look, classy, but not too blingly....love the gold tuners on the black headstock.
