For players who are struggling with the barre chords I would advise you to Google Jamey Andreas. At her site, click on her barre chords instruction. It is an excellent lesson. I have experience on a guitar and a tenor guitar but this tutorial helped me a lot, and I wasn't having problems. It goes into great detail of how to strike a barre chord. Now, be advised that this is written for guitar, but it is applicable to the ukulele. I think this will help beginners and also intermediate players who are trying to progress. Happy Strumming
