I just commissioned a new ukulele by David Iriguchi. It's the iDeale model. I've been waiting patiently since February to order one and finally my wish was fulfilled today. My new baby Mahalia should be arriving in 6-8 weeks. So excited.&#55357;&#56842; like a kid at Xmas.

Really like my tenor. Curious to see what you think of the ideale size and scale.

I'll try and post updates when I can. The scale is 16" with 13 frets to the body. I think the size will be right for me. Not too big, not too small. Just right.

Congratulations mate. To me a 16" scale concert with 13f to the body really is "ideal". I have an Ono built that way and it is a beautiful thing. One of the sweetest sounding concerts I've played with superb playability.

Cool. Same as my new Cocobolo Ukuleles Super Concert. I wonder if the "big names" will pick up on this trend?

Sounds awesome; there should be more of these longish concerts, IMO. I hope the weeks fly by.
