FS - 2 x John Daniel Pixie Sopraninos £150
Hi, here's a couple of superb Pixie sopranino ukuleles made by John Daniel in Wales. Both in mint condition.
Fine in C, D or F tuning. Can even use the Aquila piccolo strings and be tuned an octave higher if you prefer that sound.
Both are strung with Johns own Flourocarbon strings, I have them in F tuning.
These are great to play and due to the slightly wider neck, easy to fret. I have large hands and have no problems playing these.
The first is all Mahogany and sounds really lovely.
The second has a Spruce top, Lacewood back/sides and Rosewood binding around top. Also sounds great, slightly brighter than the Mahogany.
Reason for sale = massive car MOT bill. Personally I'd rather scrap the car and keep the ukes but sadly the wife disagrees
