How to post Soundcloud sample track

I tested some new strings on my Kala K-AB baritone on
Soundcloud but don't know how to post it as a thread.
Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thanks

Unless I misunderstand you, it's pretty straight forward.

1. Copy the link from Soundcloud (the box shape with arrow underneath the comment box of the sound sample)
2. Paste the URL into a thread here

The OP is presumably talking about embedding the SoundCloud player in a post. AFAICS the forum software does not permit this.

Is Soundcloud still converting all uploads to 128k MP3? Fairly low quality, if so.
