My favourite build and sound - the concert Vita Uke: This one has some of the last of my pre-CITES fiddleback Hondran mahogany - just like the originals. Now if Chuck hadn't snapped up that Adirondak... my change to the original design is a 13 fret to the neck join placing the bridge in a favourable position

Mastergrade koa hand bent - this is the sort of koa that has you butt-clenching throughout the build process, not just at the bending iron! Tried the superglue pore filler and just can't do it so here we have cellulose over epoxy with a matte finish on the neck. Great sound from this one but sorry- no sound sample. Due to my condition I can no longer competently demonstrate its capabilities...

they both look great.
For the vita uke do you bolt the neck on or is it more spanish style?
