Decent baritone stuff is pretty scarce. I string my Pono Baritone reentrant and just play regular uke stuff - it's a fifth down, but no one seems to mind!

If I had a linear Bari, I'd probably look at adapting some guitar stuff.
 
Hi

If you have a linear baritone, you can play low G tenor arrangements. The actual pitch will be different so the sheet music won't help much but the fingering position will remain same.
