Aloha All,
I just got my vintage 5K in the mail the other day and I must admit...this thing really lives up to its reputation. The tones are absolutely amazing! and quite different from the reissue 5K ukes in recent days.
I've had these vintage 5K ukes pass through in the past but I never really gave it a "jam" since they've always been so highly prized.
After selling the last one I promised myself that I was going to "enjoy" not only the history and craftsmanship of the next one that passes through but also the playability. Well, that time has finally come....

I'll probably be listing a soundfile of the uke on youtube in the future to archive it for everyone to enjoy.
mahalo for taking a look,
Shawn
