Interesting . . but knowing my occasional clutziness, I'm not sure I could consistently place and retrieve a nice uke out of this thing without dinging it up, but maybe if the builder felt lined the edges and inside of the hanger where the uke made contact it might be functional for me.

Still, I like my fish hanger just fine . . simple, effective, cool!

Ew, dunno Tim. That's almost as dangerous as a Collings ukulele case!!! Looks like an accident waiting to happen. Plus the sideways angle will mess with my OCD.

But yours on the other hand, man that is beautiful! Give me that any day of the week!

I love the fish one. I had a couple like that for my ukes and used them until my spouse just built this one for me last week.

Edit: no idea why the picture turns when I posted it. They are, in fact, upright.

After recent sales, those ukuleles belong in Fort Knox!

Is that the shape of a real fish? If so, what kind?

Yeah it is, I think it's either a Moorish Idol or a type of butterfly fish - both are found in Hawaiian waters.

Kinda looks like a honu to match the MB on the right.

Was it maybe an angelfish?
