Never posted on Youtube but would like to =)

Hi all,

So I have never posted anything on youtube but would like to share some pieces iv learned on uke and maybe sing a few tunes. I have a camera built in my laptop will this work? I am pretty dumb when it comes to this kinda stuff. Any help?

yeah, the camera on your laptop should work perfect.

If you have a recent Mac, then iMovie (which should already be installed) will do the trick.

If you have a Windows box, then I have no idea what you'd use, but I'm sure there's something out there that's along the same lines.

for your bare-bones video on youtube you could just use youtubes quick capture...thats probably as easy as it gets

one thing you have to find out is if your laptop also has a mic. i tried this on a friends and got the video but no audio. and if your running windows i believe XP and above it comes with Windows Movie Maker. a really barebones editing program, but it gets the job done.
