Heads up for Pohaku lovers

I saw the new work the other day, too, Jon. "Lovely" is the word. And I'm sure they play and sound wonderful. Anyone looking for unusual stylings with great craftsmanship and sound should investigate Peter's work. They won't be disappointed.

Peter's work is amazing. My maple concert is everything I look for in an instrument... Dripping with tone, incredible playability and stunning yet tasteful aesthetics.

There's something unique about Peter's work that transcends all styles. I tend to like tradition-mainland style ukes. His however have a flavor of Hawaiian, mainland, tradition and contemporary all at once.

They are also canons that truly come to life when played.

Side Soundhole Koa Concert on the way here by Fed Ex. Should be here the first part of next week!
Oh man, congrats. I love that one.

i'm tempted by the rope bound concert 10 and the grafted wood tenor with the bearclaw top.

Received the Side Soundhole Koa Concert yesterday. What a beautiful uke. Impeccable workmanship. Easy to play and it looks and sounds great!
AWESOME!!! I've just commissioned Peter to build me a uke too. :)

Lucky you, Jon! They look lovely! What are you getting?
