Here's a folding uke/mandolin stand on eBay that I want:
Item=400036128308 (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400036128308)
But it's in Australia... anyone know of a North American source? Or something equivalent - small, light, easy to carry and best of all, inexpensive?

Thanks. Although very similar, the Hanalima is a lot more expensive! And I've found Elderly's shipping rates to Canada to be excessive, so I never use them - it would be cheaper for me to get it from Australia!

I'll keep looking, but at least now I know there are alternatives.

You could easily make one (similar to a plate stand, used to display china dinnerware in department stores) using wood and hinges. Just adjust the angle and opening sizes. Glue some felt stripds on the areas the uke will rest. They fold flat for travel. Ric
