I came across this news story here:

"Hot prohibition-style jazz comes to Clay Fair"
http://www.stormlakepilottribune.com/story/2223818.html

and then did a search for some videos and first came upon:

and was very impressed and I like their style and sound a lot.

Thought I'd share this, just in case they are still unkown to the UU community, since I think they are great!

Yep. Seen 'em live. LOVE them. Not only is "Victor" dazzling on that vintage Kay guitar he plays, they're both cute as a frickin' button.

"Penny" has a good backstory on her uke, too. If I remember right, it used to belong to her grandfather. I love seeing artists who tour with a beloved instrument - I know I'd be terrified something would happen to it.

They seem like fun, but I have to ask:

Is it written in some manual somewhere that women who perform jazz standards with ukuleles are required to wear big flowers in their hair? Actually, I'm a bit surprised that the gentleman doesn't wear a fedora, because I'm pretty sure it's in the same manual. (On second thought, he is not playing a ukulele, so he is exempt.)
