As some of you know, I've been away from building for almost a year while getting my hands repaired. I'm now back at it and finishing old projects before digging into the backlog of orders. This one was started many months ago just because I liked the striking Bolivian rosewood.

Here are the specs:

Adirondack spruce top, with nice silking
Ebony finger board, bridge, top binding and heel plate
Honduras mahogany neck with carbon fiber reinforcement
Cantilevered finger board with the floating portion stiffened with carbon fiber
Carbon fiber bridge plate
Oil finish
Gotoh UPT-L tuners
Unbleached bone nut and saddle
Strung with Southcoast mediums

$750 plus shipping and insurance

What a bargain. That thing is magnificent. I would have bought it myself had i seen the thread in time. Just beautiful.

No surprise it sold so quickly -- very beautiful!

Incredibly handsome looking instrument. Not surprised it sold so quickly, especially at that amazing price.

To David: Very classy - not at all my taste :p Just kidding. Looking forward to the new owner posting some sound samples.

To the new owner: OK, who snagged it? Come on, fess up. You know you want to. :nana:

I think there is a pent up demand for some Ono Ukes! Great looking work. Good to hear you are healthy again.
