Compound Dovetail Joint

Having had about 400 attempts at this Joint on soprano's I can safely say at last that I've got it solved..the last couple of dozen I have turned out have been spot on...(Note to myself) If I have to use anything other than the one clamp to hold the joint together ? then i've got it wrong

I'm not a builder but have enjoyed all of your videos and especially your jigs..brilliant! Was there an "ah-hah" adjustment to your dovetail jigs setup? Beautiful sopranos.

The Jig that I was most satisfied with, was the last one...This is the sanding device that gives me the close fit to the radius on the body that i'm after
