Anybody need a Luthier's Friend or a Safety Planer?

I inherited both of these and have never used them. I am told the Wagner Safety Planer is the old one, not the new Chinese version. It looks a little beat up on the bottom, but I am told you can true them up when that happens. The Luthier's Friend Sanding Station looks like it would be good for producing small parts and retails for $200. Just looking to pass these on to someone who will use them. Trade for wood? Trade for vintage ukes? Make an offer? info@thebeansprout.com
