Looks great Ken. What grain orientation do you prefer for kerfed lining sticks? Some directions are less prone to snapping. Although I think I remember you saying you pre-bend them on the iron?

I try and get flat sawn mahogany but it's difficult to find with completely straight grain and always find some grain run out somewhere .... So I pre bend e'm with the hot pipe just to make sure they don't snap on me when gluing.
