A very kind UU member, Olarte, is the sopranino King. He knows about them, and where to buy them, and I think he has a custom. Lemme find one of his threads do you can PM him, Mingus. It's more than just a passing fancy for Olarte, this sopranino thing. ��. His name to the rest of the world is Ivan.

I happened to look under the LoPrinzi website "Available stock." It looks like it is available or ?coming soon, but it shows a Spruce top/Mahogany satin "Bambino" ukulele for $475. Hope that interests you, and if so, is still available. I have not had the good fortune to own one of their ukuleles but know they are nice people to work with and make wonderful instruments.
