Can anyone explain how this truss rod works (Pono MTDX)
As I understand it's a kind of ovale rod that can be turned both ways.
It doesn't matter which way, and to get most relief it just has to be almost loose. If you turn it 360 degrees you get back to where you started.
Please correct me if I'm wrong
