I just use April Fool's Day as a way to deflect the blame from myself for all the pranks I pull at work all the rest of the year... ("Couldn't have been Jon...he can't keep a straight face when he pulls pranks - did you see him laughing about the silly things he did on April Fool's Day?")

Rich and I got engaged on April Fool's Day. That night at dinner, we both realized what day it was! Seemed appropriate!!!
