Burning scrap

I have a bunch of scrap and small cutoff tidbits that I can't use. I was going to burn them in the campfire pit when we go camping. Are any of the exotics or not so exotic bad to burn? Like cocobolo, rosewood, zircote, etc. I don't have a lot. But figured I could get some heat out of the scrap. Any info would be appreciated.

As long as you are outside and standing upwind, you will be OK. You will also get to see some spectacular colours in the flames.
