I would like to try some low g soprano strings and I noticed that Hilo makes them. They say they are wound nylon strings, what does that mean? and can they mess up your bridge on these little ukes?

I usually have my tenor strung with Hilo low g and I took them off to try Aquilas and once I'm ready to change again I'm going back to the Hilo low G strings. Anyways I have a tenor but the low g and the c string are both wound which means it is a nylon string wrapped with steel looking stuff (not sure of materials, I play ukes not a tech nerd). IF they are made for sopranos then it should be ok. I know that MELE ukulele on Maui sale Hilo strings and they seem to push the low g a lot. Call them up and talk to them about the soprano strings.
