Vintage bari issues

Please look at these photos and tell me if you would be concerned with anything you see.
The seller acknowledges: "THERE'S A HAIRLINE CRACK ON TREBLE SIDE-does not affect sound or playing,"

I also noticed some possible separation near the strap button and below the neck attachment where the sides join.
Also, does that strap button screw look striped to you?
Anyone with luthier experience, instrument restoration or experience with vintage uke please chime in.

ps: Here is a more detailed description from the seller:

In playing condition,great sound.All original ,in original case.
Neck and body are solid mahogany,bridge appears to be rosewood.
Neck is straight,frets are in great condition,tuners work fine.Top binding looks good,no cracks.
THERE'S A HAIRLINE CRACK ON TREBLE SIDE-does not affect sound or playing,wood is tight,no play.
