when i play my uke the E string like buzzes/vibrates on the headstock. i changed the strings, but the problem still occurs. what should i do?

What kind of uke is it?
Does it buzz when you strum open or when you fret it?

it is mitchell mu 70 and it vibrates when the note is open...like when i play a C it will vibrate but with an F it wont

Maybe a loose tuning peg part. It could also be that the nut isn't sitting flat and is vibrating or that the groove in the nut is causing the vibration.
