+1 on Toby Chennell. When I bought mine, it was well within your price range-- not sure what he charges now. He has a Concert available for sale on his website right now.

Yes, I know about this luthier and I already contacted him. I am waiting for his answer now.

But nevertheless I prefer to buy a used one as I get more Instrument for less money

IF you decide to go with a Chennell, either get the Queen or King model.

The day I contacted him someone bought the concert from his website.

Anyway, I asked him about a custom instrument and I think I'll do business with him even though waiting time is around 9 months

Time to safe up some money ...
