Thoughts on my new logo?

I'm starting up a local business giving uke lessons, predominantly to kids, and have been working a logo for a while now around a personal brand that I'm trying to build up. I'm a Kentucky Colonel which means more if you're in Kentucky, but it's a thing here. The license plate on my car is a Kentucky Colonel "UKE" plate, which is where my Colonel Uke brand is coming from. Here's the logo I'm thinking of using to recruit kids to come join my studio. What do you think?

I think your new logo is cool, Paul, but do you truly think a little kid can relate to a logo that's a license plate? I mean, they don't even drive. It doesn't even say that you teach; it just says Uke. I don't know. The yellow is eye-catching, though.

I really like the logo. Would look good on a business card/ website/ t-shirt.
