Enya........i know they are fairly new but they do make many a ukelele and was wondering how their build quality was.......

or any experience anyone has had with them..

i see they make a few guitaleles and thats right up my ally

i imagine they make ukes for others then put a diff name on them but thats a guess on my part

...thanks. :)

Firstly, I do not know if I would call 7 'many a uke'. Think about what kind of selection you get from Pono, Mainland, Kala, etc.

Also, Enya ukes look like a made in China variety. Perhaps similar to many ukes made by Kala, Ohana, Cordoba, etc.

I laughed when I read this about an Enya Koa tenor on Ukulele Place website:
"this is an excellent uke that competes and bests the $700+ offerings from Pono, Mainland, Cordoba and Maton."
http://www.ukuleleplace.com.au/enya-koa-tenor-ukulele-with-gig-bag-eut-k1/

I heard a few sound samples and they sound ok but I think you might not find a re-sale market on the uke if it is not what you are looking for.

In that price range I would get a Pono or a Mainland and know that I could resell it if it didn't suit my needs.
My :2cents:
