I don't quite know where to post this so mods can move it. I bought this koa about 5 years ago as a single board for $1000... it ended up costing $1600 after shipping and taxes. However it yielded 13 stunning sets, all similar to this. I have 5 left
This is the second koa tenor I have made with a shallower than usual body depth. Sustain and all the highs are still present with an underlying 'warmth'. Very pleased with this design decision and the impact it has had on the sound and playing comfort of my tenors.
