Oh, I agree! That is my favorite not counting the Mighty Uke documentary shirt. I have 2 of these. The cat one is very tempting. I almost bought one at the Los Angeles International Ukulele Festival last September.

Problem with all the above is that they would incur extra expense to get from the U.K. 
This might be considered too much in the way of promotion, but I bought this one recently after our group donated to the charity, Ukulele Kids Club that provides ukes to kids in hospitals through their music therapy programs.

That T-shirt was designed by the maker of the web comic Scary Go Round. I gave one of those away as a prize in a Seasons of the Ukulele contest a couple of years ago, because I enjoy the comic. I never got around to buying one for myself.

My sons family bought this one in black for me at Christmas. I have only worn it a couple times but got lots of positive feedback.
I bought myself one in blue, but I haven't worn it yet. (I've only had it two weeks.)

Yeah. After seeing the other contenders my initial offering has fallen way behind for me too. I had no idea what was out there until I started checking these others out. Cool!
Try searching for "ukulele" on sites like RedBubble, CafePress, and Zazzle. There's a lot of great shirts out there. I've had this one for years:
