Making Bridges

I ran out of Martin style bridges and had to make some more..I took the camera into the workshop and tried to record the manufacture from start to finish..There's a lot of work involved and I put the pic's together in a slideshow..It can be seen here..

I usually burn all my bridges.

That's a bit involved Ken? I usually take long lengths, slot them on the table router, then onto the bandsaw jig for cutting the slots and then the drill press - hey presto.

I was just using up scraps..30 bridges in 2.5 hrs = 1 every 5 mins, not too bad. (I only needed six)
