Thanks for posting. This song brings me back to the days of sock hops, t-shirts and leather jackets. But only because I grew up watching Happy Days. American Graffiti too!

As a drummer, I had the opportunity to play with Lee several times. "Teardrops" and Lee's other hit "Long Lonely Nights" are real gems in the cannon of garbage that we white people called Doo-Wopp. I'd guess that the intimate vibe of "Teardrops" would make it very suitable for a ukulele.
