Take a look at Hawai'i Music Supply. I'd be surprised if you could find a better online market to buy an 'ukulele. Andrew runs a tight ship. Nothing but praise here on UU (and everywhere) for their service.

C'mon, you guys have heard of them, just didn't recognize the site name. It's Fan Guitar and Ukulele in Richmond, VA. They have a very good rep. I have not dealt with them personally but would not hesitate to do so.
