Well i dont think 800$ is ok for second ukuleleHere are some European stores I have come across in my search, some of which have already been mentioned above. Personally, I'd rather buy from Hawaii Music Supply AKA The Ukulele Site. They have the best selection, great service, free international shipping on instruments over $800, and I found that with most purchases from them, even when you have to add taxes in your country, the cost is about the same or less as when buying in Europe.
