www.gute-ukulele.de, Andreas David's shop is great! The website is all German but you can find all his ukuleles on eBay.

I've tried southernukulelestore.co.uk as well: great ukes and great service!

I have little to no experience with most of them, but would consider "Southern Ukulele Store" in the UK and Andreas David's "Gute Ukulele" in Germany to be the most reliable sources in Europe.

Personally, I'd rather buy from Hawaii Music Supply AKA The Ukulele Site. They have the best selection, great service, free international shipping on instruments over $800, and I found that with most purchases from them, even when you have to add taxes in your country, the cost is about the same or less as when buying in Europe.

I've used thomann.de mainly for strings. They have a good selection, and their cheap soprano strings (Harley Benton, only 77p a set) are surprisingly ok once settled in.

Well i dont think 800$ is ok for second ukulele

Great list, but there are more uke-specialised shops in the EU that sell through mail. Seeing this, I realise we're actually very lucky.

Germany
Bax is actually Dutch, very close to where I live, but like Thomann it has several domain names indifferent countries which makes it confusing. Musik-store.de and musik-produktiv.de are two other big German online music stores like Thomann (not especially focussed on ukuleles, though).
www.brueko.de was obviously missing

United Kingdom
gear4music.com is the UK counterpart of Thomann, Musik Store, Musik Produktiv, Bax Shop and the likes of those 'hard discounters': a big big warehouse in York, with a showroom in London and dozens of websites in dozens of languages.
