Song Help Request Hello Dolly outro (request)

Could anybody help with the chord shapes for the ending to Hello Dolly ?

I've found this ending in the key of C

C . C/D . F . F#Dim . C/F . G7 . C6
I'm OK with all the chords except the C over a D and the C over an F this maybe because they're written for a guitar and are not appropriate for a Ukulele not sure , or if anybody knows a better way jump in .

I forget to add i was hoping to play with full Bar shapes

Just play the chords and forget the second part of the slash chord. So it would be C, C (or C7), F, F#dim, C, G7, C. It's not that the slash chords are inappropriate for uke, it's just that you only have four strings so they will rarely be possible.
