I haven't visited here in ages, but I only know of one group that would appreciate the above uke.

slot head, bone saddle and nut, new paint job, solid kwila wood top, new south coast strings. whole lot of fun

Cheers

Cliff

A solid top dolphin. Huh. Who'd have thunk it?

I bet that little bugger sounds great!
I give an A+ for cuteness.

A little rough looking around the edges but I like the concept. As Nickie above says: "A+ for cuteness"

saved a poor helpless ukulele from the scrap heap. funny thing was my 6 year old thenbrings me his small 'bula' ukulele to fix up as well. that one needed a new bridge/fret board/tuners/saddle/nut the works. ironically sounds pretty cool in low G which I didn't expect. just damn hard to play a g chord due to fret spacing....
