Neck attachment on 60s Harmony Baritone Ukulele

I picked up a 60s Harmony solid mahogany Baritone Ukulele cheap, but it does have some old repairs, and an active soundboard split I'm going to repair. What neck attachment was used on these instruments? A dovetail would seem to be too high-end for this quality instrument.
