Strap button question

I'd like to get a strap button installed. (This will not be a DYI project for me, even though I know for most of you, it would be an easy thing to do.)

Can I trust Guitar Center or Sam Ash to do this? (i.e. do they need to know anything about ukuleles to do this?)

You can trust them to install strap buttons. It is no different installing on a uke or a guitar.

From my experience in CT Sam Ash is more likely to have experienced workers than GC.

That's my experience (in Ohio and Michigan) too.

Thanks. I would have guessed (incorrectly) that GC would have been the better option, so I'm glad for the input.

The two Guitar Centers I've used in Hollywood and West Los Angeles both have good repair people, as does the Sam Ash in Hollywood.

Should be a relatively easy process............. though the level of Tech experience will vary from store to store
