Those G String ukes were exclusively designed for and sold by Hawaiian Style (an apparel store in Hawaii). Not sure of the time frame, maybe mid 90's.

They were made in Hawaii.

IIRC, some were made at his home in Kaimuki and production was later moved to his shop then "new" located in Halawa.
