as you may know i am looking to get my very first uke, i cant play any other instrument, i am thinking of buying a lanikai tenor as my first uke, they are £80 roughly in uk. i have also seen mahalo u50 advertised as a great uke for the beginner to learn on, they are £25 including case. can someone give me any tips, should i avoid the cheaper ukes like the mahalo u50 and save up for the lanikai. i must say the sites selling the mahalo that say they are a great beginner ukulele, thats what has made me ask you guys for a more honest, and realistic opinion.
