View Full Version : I blame Froome

Today is the last day of Le Tour :( for the last 3 weeks I've been neglecting my daily chores in the workshop and only working in short spells..I've been spending far too much time (Mostly afternoons) in front of the TV watching my fellow cycling Brits like Froome, Cavendish and Yates beating the rest of the world :D...Anyway tomorrow I promise that I will start putting in full time shifts to make up for the loss of production of ukuleles.

You could have fooled me-I thought you were working overtime on your concert jig/solera manufacture and postings on the forum.

You're forgiven. The Tour is the greatest show on earth.

I love the Go-Pro cameras! You can really get a sense of how fast and crazy the racing is up close. It was an epic tour, and really beautiful scenery, too.

You are totally forgiven. Coverage improves every year. Jens Voigt was a scream. Cavendish was awesome! Career Win #30 seemed to come out of nowhere. Can he win 5 next year and take over the record book? I'm just completely writing off next July.

I enjoyed the tour too. Quintana was a bit off the boil. What I find strange in these professional sports, is that getting citizenship is a piece of cake.
